- Design, build, maintain, and support complex solutions for Intake & Approvals workflows, Deals and Production tracking, and business reporting needs for both external partners and internal stakeholders within Airtable.
- Configure and implement best-in-class systems and workflows that serve independent authors, publishers, distributors, agents, managers, narrators, and internal operations teams.
- Collect and implement incoming feedback to continuously improve system functionality and user experience.
- Onboard new users to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilization of new technology solutions.
- Move fast to refine clear scope and product requirements, question assumptions, and proactively identify product risks.
