Location: Sussex Campus HospitalStatus: Full Time 80 HoursShift: Day/ EveningSALARY RANGE: 17.40 - 26.10HOURLYGeneral Summary:As a Procedural Supply Technician II, your primary responsibility will be ordering products stocked in the Procedural Operations storerooms. You will work with clinical staff and supply chain team members to ensure we have sufficient products in our storerooms to provide patient care. You will be required to maintain the storeroom’s cleanliness and organization. You will be maintaining the procedural suites during operation hours. This will require you to spend time with clinical staff and be involved with patient care operations. You will also be required to stock products and work on various projects and assignments as assigned by your immediate supervisor.Department team members are authorized to have limited access to secured medication rooms to perform duties and responsibilities as defined in this job description. Any staff member requiring limited access to secured medication rooms must have a fully completed and signed Medication Security Agreement for Non-Licensed Personnel form on file and available upon request.Responsibilities:1. Requisition and place daily orders.
2. Stock products in storerooms.
3. Stock procedural areas from the storeroom.
4. Disposal of cardboard and containers utilized for shipping.
5. Clean and manage storerooms.
6. Remove expiring or damaged products.
7. Maintain Crash Carts and Airway boxes.
8. Manage and maintain the bill only and bill & replace processes of all procedural areas.
9. Until handed off to the Tissue Coordinator in the Perioperative Service Line, responsible for the shipment, ordering, & storage of biological implants within our tissue tracking system.
10. Execute, maintain, and track purchase orders for physician special requests and emergency procedures.
11. Execute and maintain product conversions as assigned by leadership.
12. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities.Required Education, Credential(s) and Experience:
