We focus on each individual's unique needs and deliver the highest quality services possible by ensuring that each individual receives the right support, at the right time and frequency by a caring qualified staff member in the most independent setting appropriate.We Need: InReach is looking for an Independent Contractor/Direct Support Professional for a female individual with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in Charlotte, NC 28215. The Independent Contractor will provide Supported Living services.What You'll Do:
  • Instruction and assistance in home living environments.
  • Help individuals identify and acquire valued social roles.
  • Facilitate community integration.
  • Help individuals develop healthy social habits.
  • Dispense medication and monitoring dosages.
  • Transport and accompany individual to and from day programs, work sites, and community activities.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license and maintain safe driving record
  • One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred
