As an Operating Technician I, you'll be responsible for preparing, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting thermoforming manufacturing equipment. You'll ensure production runs meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate equipment to produce thermoformed plastic partsPerform machine inspections, routine maintenance, and cleaningTroubleshoot and adjust machinery to maximize production efficiencyCommunicate product or equipment issues with team leads or other departmentsEnsure part quality by reading product drawings and performing measurementsComplete required documentation and shift hand-offsOperate a forklift when necessaryFollow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPEMaintain clean work area through regular housekeeping dutiesMinimum Qualifications:Machine and inspection experience requiredStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to read, write, and speak English to meet safety and quality standardsBasic math and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in medical manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with quality control principles and Statistical Process Control (SPC)Good organization and time managementBasic computer proficiencyPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 10–30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionallyStanding for extended periods; bending, stooping, climbing, and reachingComfortable working in a warm manufacturing environmentWhy Join Us?
