- Lead and supervise a team of Accounts Payable professionals, providing daily guidance and support
- Oversee weekly ACH, direct debit, and wire payment processing
- Administer purchasing card (PCard) and corporate credit card programs
- Review employee expense reports for policy compliance
- Resolve invoice and expense report issues in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Respond to inquiries regarding company policies and procedures
- Test and implement system upgrades and new software solutions
- Review and maintain supplier records, including onboarding of new vendors
- Ensure IRS compliance for W-9, W-8, and 1099 informational reporting
- Reconcile monthly AP balances with the general ledger
- Support accounting with accruals and variance analysis for AP transactions
- Support quarterly cash flow forecasting and management process
- Partner with management to document, recommend, and implement internal control enhancements
- Provide reporting to management as needed
- Assist auditors by preparing schedules, samples, and reconciliations
- Enforce escalation protocols and troubleshooting best practices
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and general accounting procedures
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and Concur Expense Management system preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
