Come join a thriving team where you can play an integral role in shaping the future of entertainment technology.Job SummaryThe Manager/Sr. Manager of Accounts Payable will lead a team responsible for processing invoices and expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate payments. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain compliance, and drive process improvements. The individual will also play a key role in implementing and testing system updates, maintaining internal controls, mentoring staff, and supporting audits.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of Accounts Payable professionals, providing daily guidance and support
  • Oversee weekly ACH, direct debit, and wire payment processing
  • Administer purchasing card (PCard) and corporate credit card programs
  • Review employee expense reports for policy compliance
  • Resolve invoice and expense report issues in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Respond to inquiries regarding company policies and procedures
  • Test and implement system upgrades and new software solutions
  • Review and maintain supplier records, including onboarding of new vendors
  • Ensure IRS compliance for W-9, W-8, and 1099 informational reporting
  • Reconcile monthly AP balances with the general ledger
  • Support accounting with accruals and variance analysis for AP transactions
  • Support quarterly cash flow forecasting and management process
  • Partner with management to document, recommend, and implement internal control enhancements
  • Provide reporting to management as needed
  • Assist auditors by preparing schedules, samples, and reconciliations
  • Enforce escalation protocols and troubleshooting best practices
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Accounts Payable
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and general accounting procedures
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and Concur Expense Management system preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
