Job Title: Electrical EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with test assemblies, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PCB soldering and testing, and a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles.Responsibilities
  • Perform debug and test assemblies to the component level using block diagrams and schematics.
  • Maintain and upkeep testing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot operator problems effectively and collaborate with leadership on training and process improvements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to Test operators.
  • Communicate problems to Test Engineer and/or leader.
  • Assist in experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Recommend additional equipment needs for product debug areas to leadership and/or Test Engineers.
  • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
  • Comply with all company security policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Work on problems of limited scope by following standard practices and procedures.
  • Learn to use professional concepts and apply company policies to resolve routine issues.
  • Receive detailed instructions on all work.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in soldering, assembly, and electrical engineering.
  • Experience with schematics, troubleshooting, and electronics.
  • Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Ability to debug circuit boards and test electronic components.
  • Skill in utilizing basic hand and power tools.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience soldering on PCBs.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience testing PCBs.
  • An Associate of Applied Science (AAS) or a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Understanding of wiring and blueprint reading.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
