
Account Executive – Food Logistics

- Accountable to directly identify and initiate business development opportunities
- Develops new business across all of our core competencies
- Identify, initiate and engage with clients that provide sustained and profitable revenue streams across multiple services
- Develop and execute a business plan that will achieve sales quota and budget as defined by the company
- Work closely with local, regional and international operations staff to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met
- Manage sales pipeline and monthly target reports
- Present an array of logistics solutions that enable numerous entry points into accounts
- All other business duties as deems necessary

- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in Food Logistics preferred
- Experience in transportation preferred.
- Entrepreneurial attitude, competitive and confident personality with strongly developed persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think and respond quickly to sales and service issues.
- Strong presentation skills and effective follow-up skills.
