We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support project managers in delivering large-scale telecom construction projects on time and within budget. This role focuses on document control, database management, and project tracking while facilitating smooth communication between teams.Key Details
  • Pay Rate: $27/hr – $31.25/hr
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flex start as early as 6:30 AM)
  • Location: Remote – Eastern Time preferred, Central Time acceptable
  • Assignment: 6+ months with strong potential for 2+ years
  • Overtime: Minimal expected
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of construction project admin or coordinator experience
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, formulas, large-scale data management)
  • Experience with PACE/IWM systems preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Telecom or construction project experience preferred
