The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling wage and hour disputes, including PAGA representative actions, and be comfortable managing cases independently.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a caseload of PAGA and wage & hour litigation mattersDraft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discoveryRepresent clients in mediations, depositions, and court proceedings (remote and in-person as needed)Provide strategic legal advice to clients on California Labor Code complianceCollaborate with a remote legal team, including associates and support staffStay current with evolving labor laws and PAGA developmentsQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membershipMinimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on PAGADeep understanding of California wage & hour laws and class/representative action practiceExcellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skillsBased in California with the ability to attend in-person proceedings as neededAbility to work independently in a remote setting with strong time managementCompensation: $225,000–$300,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
