Industry: Excavation & Underground UtilitiesPosition Overview:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing excavation and underground utility projects from bid to closeout, including estimating costs, managing budgets, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within scope.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate estimates and bids for excavation and utility projectsRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsManage project timelines, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor job site progress and resolve issues as they ariseEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsCommunicate with clients, engineers, and inspectors as neededTrack change orders and project documentationQualifications:5+ years of experience in excavation, underground utilities, or siteworkProven experience in estimating and project managementStrong understanding of civil site plans and utility systems (water, sewer, storm)Proficient in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and project management toolsExcellent communication and organizational skillsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary (based on experience)Company vehicle or vehicle allowanceHealth insurancePaid time off and holidays
