Oversee the nursing clinical requirements for annual mandatory training to comply with CMS/CAH regulations.
Support clinics as able (particularly for those skills/processes that are similar to the hospital; e.g. IV skills, moderate sedation, templates for orientation manuals, preceptor development etc.)
Oversee new graduate RN program
