
Learning and Development Coordinator for Central Admin in NE Portland

- Supports the goal to equip employees and providers with confidence to deliver exceptional patient experiences and provide opportunities for growth.
- Responsible for all aspects of the training life cycle.
- Builds cross-functional relationships to help create relevant, engaging e-learning and instructor-led content.
- Manages projects in support of our new and ongoing learning initiatives.
- Oversees the learning management system (LMS).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of two (2) years working in the adult education field is required. Experience in healthcare is a plus!
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, or other relevant field is required.
- Experience with learning management system (LMS) is strongly preferred.
- Experience in developing training is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and presentation abilities. Experience in event coordination and project management is a great plus!
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
- Excellent attendance and work ethic.
- Positive attitude, friendly, personable, and desire to be a team player.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
