By providing patients and internal and external stakeholders with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience, you’ll help ensure that patients at The Oregon Clinic receive the highest value care tailored to their needs.Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include:
  • Supports the goal to equip employees and providers with confidence to deliver exceptional patient experiences and provide opportunities for growth.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the training life cycle.
  • Builds cross-functional relationships to help create relevant, engaging e-learning and instructor-led content.
  • Manages projects in support of our new and ongoing learning initiatives.
  • Oversees the learning management system (LMS).
  • Other duties as assigned.
Salary: Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $31.03-$41.99 per hour.Workdays: This role is located at the Central Administration Office. Remote/Hybrid work options are available after training completion and expectations are met. Must live in Portland or SW Washington. Typical hours are Monday-Friday.Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:
  • Minimum of two (2) years working in the adult education field is required. Experience in healthcare is a plus!
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, or other relevant field is required.
  • Experience with learning management system (LMS) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in developing training is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and presentation abilities. Experience in event coordination and project management is a great plus!
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic.
  • Positive attitude, friendly, personable, and desire to be a team player.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
  • A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
