Project Architect (6–10 years experience)Location: El Segundo, CA (hybrid)Experience: 6–10 yearsFORMM is looking for a Project Architect to join our team. This position will play a key role in leading project delivery across multiple assignments, from early design through construction administration. We’re seeking a self-motivated architect who excels at coordination, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings clarity and leadership to project teams.   • Lead projects from design through construction administration
  • Produce and oversee detailed construction documentation and specifications
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and technical accuracy
  • Integrate Revit workflows, BIM, and visualization tools into design and delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, cultivating professional growth and collaboration
Qualifications & Skills
  • 6–10 years of professional experience with demonstrated leadership on built projects
  • Licensed or actively pursuing licensure preferred
  • Proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (required)
  • Extensive knowledge of design principles, codes, and standards
  • Advanced documentation and field observational skills
  • Advanced architecture detailing expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead junior staff through direct authority and subject matter expertise
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
