🕑 Shifts Available:1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Base Pay)2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (+$3/hour shift differential)About the RoleWe're hiring Production Assemblers to join our team in Richmond! In this role, you'll play an important part in building high-quality products that meet customer needs and company standards. You'll work closely with production supervisors and teammates to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient assembly.What You'll DoAssemble products according to engineering documents and company standards.Monitor part quality and perform basic testing to ensure accuracy.Use computers to check schedules and update job status.Handle materials as needed and keep work areas organized.Support team members through training and collaboration.Provide feedback to improve processes and productivity.Maintain required paperwork and records.Follow all safety rules and participate in team meetings.What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred, but not required).Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Why You'll Love Working HereCompetitive base pay of $19/hour.Shift differential: +$3/hour for 2nd shift.2-day paid New Hire Orientation (held bi-weekly at 7:50 AM).Opportunity to grow and learn in a supportive team environment.Work with a global leader in manufacturing.📍 Location: Richmond, VA
