- Provide world-class sales support and customer service to all clients through learned skills in order management, product inquiries, cross selling, troubleshooting, company financing options, account status, and marketing promotions.
- Manage all facets of the customer experience through all available contact channels - chat, email, inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Manage a portfolio of clients who interact with the business via web and phone orders.
- Leverage the Salesforce platform to manage client relations, communications, sales activity, and outreach.
- Grow a book of business through daily outbound calls to create relationships with new potential clients and foster relationships with existing clients.
- Drive metric performance in the areas of sales, service, call handling, and quality standards.
- Have ongoing exposure to instrument and product knowledge through vendor and in-house training.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be bilingual in english and spanish
- Music industry experience in retail sales or as a musician, some gear/product knowledge is required.
- Proficient with computers, be able to navigate systems and platforms such as Saleforce or similar systems.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must reside in the state of Tennessee, Indiana, or Utah
- Strong communicator: Communicate effectively with Customers, coworkers, and management. You listen actively, speak clearly and persuasively, and write effectively.
