- Cleans and polishes tableware of spots, prebusses.
- Delivers and dispenses items ordered by guests; serves beverages, food, and non-food items via tray service.
- Guest banking all dining room checks.
- Use point of sale equipment to enter orders for kitchen personnel.
- Uses equipment such as coffee brewers, iced tea makers, and juice, soda, and milk dispensers.
- Service area and number of cover requirement to be determined.
- Must bus tables in a timely manner to accommodate new business if needed.
- Is a role model for the company and responds to questions positively.
- Must be detail oriented and ensure that all items are set correctly, perhaps hundreds of times over, in the restaurant and the side areas.
- Must work with communication devices such as telephones, and policy systems.
- Must speak with guests to maintain great guest relations and provides opportunities for loyalty to occur.
- Maintains confidentiality and security of relevant information.
- Maintains an awareness of applicable laws and operates within those guidelines.
- Demonstrated record of successful interpersonal skills in regard to working with diverse people and levels of authority.

- Deliver and dispense change and receipts for guests from payments given by team members; maintain cash drawer.
- Greet internal and external guests in a warm tone and smile, with eye contact. Present and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Use point of sale equipment to enter orders and close out checks and accurately sort, file, and track all paperwork generated through the POS system.
- Work safely, with sanitation, efficiency, and with guest's loyalty in mind.

- Be detail oriented and ensure that all items are correct, perhaps hundreds of times over.
- Able to perform under stressful, demanding situations in perhaps small quarters of four feet or less, with four foot access and contact with team members and guests. Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.
- Rotate products First In, First Out; maintain inventory and order strictly on a bottle for bottle basis, as used.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the bar outlet.
- Work with communication devices such as telephones, and bulletin boards.
- Talk with guests to maintain great guest relations and provides opportunities for loyalty to occur.
- Presents all beverages with approved recipes and proper garnishes; with timely bar and alcohol service to all guests while maintaining proper alcohol awareness procedures.
- Assists the Food and Beverage Supervisor with proper inventory controls, proper rotation of product, checking use through code dates on beer and dairy products and date labeling of fresh cut fruits and vegetables.
- Maintains confidentiality and security of relevant information.

- Work any shift needed, and if under 21, must be able to obtain State of Maine Gaming License.
