You'll serve as both a creator and content manager-writing new copy, refreshing existing materials, and ensuring content production pipelines run smoothly. Partnering closely with design, product management, and creative writing teams, you will bring new features, campaigns, and product spotlights to life with engaging, inclusive, and brand-aligned messaging. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the online voice of one of the world's most recognized gaming properties while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and guiding offshore content authors to deliver high-impact, consumer-facing experiences.ResponsibilitiesWrite, edit, and refresh engaging website content across consumer-facing platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone of voice.Collaborate with design and product management teams to develop copy for new web features and campaigns.Manage the content pipeline for offshore authors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and consistency of deliverables.Conduct research on gaming and industry-related topics to create accurate and up-to-date content.Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience.Proofread and edit to ensure error-free, inclusive, and audience-appropriate copy.Partner with studio writers and creative teams to align content with brand guidelines and narrative direction.Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions for upcoming campaigns and initiatives.Qualifications8-10 years of experience in web content writing, editing, and publishing.Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (or similar content management systems).Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-facing content, preferably within gaming or entertainment.Proven ability to adapt writing style to match brand tone of voice.Knowledge of SEO best practices and content strategy.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, PM, marketing, engineering).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and oversee content pipelines.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience writing for the gaming industry (online, shipped products, or live service platforms).UX/UI writing experience for web products or digital platforms.Familiarity with AI agents and how they can support content creation.Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field (not required, but beneficial).Experience leading or managing small distributed/offshore content teams.Salary RangePay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $95,000 to $105,000 annually.
