This position plays a vital role in maintaining and improving our technology infrastructure, supporting students, faculty, and staff in their daily use of technology.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software across all district sites.Troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs).Process warranty claims and product registrations for district technology.Manage and coordinate inventory of hardware and software within the work ticket system in collaboration with Media Specialists.Assist with Chromebook deployment, troubleshooting, repairs, and administration through Google Admin Panel.Maintain PC systems: troubleshooting, reimaging, and resolving software/hardware issues.Administer and support district servers (File Sharing, MDM, Printing, Caching, Plex, Web, etc.).Support classroom technologies including: Newline interactive boards, printers, document cameras, etc.Provide training and support to teachers on educational tools such as Google Classroom, Google Drive, and Newline Boards.Remotely monitor, analyze, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.Continue professional development by attending workshops and staying informed on new technologies.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Technology Officer.Essential Duties:Job descriptions are designed and intended only to summarize the essential duties, responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements for the purpose of clarifying the general nature and scope of a position’s role as part of the overall organization.
