We provide extensive training and continuing education for licensed cosmetologists and estheticians to be proficient in applying eyelash extensions.)Lash Stylist Benefits (Full and Part Time):

What you’ll do as a Lash Stylist:

Design individualized eyelash treatments specific to guest needs and based on our 4 unique lashing styles
Perform professional eyelash extension sessions, including consultation and aftercare maintenance
Adhere to sanitation and sterilization practices & standards as directed by state law and the studio’s policies and procedures
Delight our guests with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude
Understand, promote, and sell Amazing Lash Studio’s service offerings, including premium choice upgrades
Understand and recommend exclusive retail products for guest’s at-home and aftercare usage
Provide education and frequency recommendations to guests on proper, long-term lash aftercare
Generate new clientele through the Amazing Lash Studio’s referral program
Commit to consistently improving skills through mandatory lash training and continuing education programs led by Lash Educators and management

A valid NC state license in esthetics/aesthetics or cosmetology
A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor and can-do attitude
Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques
A customer service-oriented mindset who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management and coworkers
Flexibility with schedule; including availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
A polished, professional appearance at all times
