Provides safe and effective nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. Relates effectively with other staff for continuity of care. Prepares patients for invasive procedure. Completes pre-procedural assessment and provides education.THE RN SAME DAY SURGERY FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
Education: Current State of South Carolina Registered Nurse license.Experience: One year nursing practice on a medical/surgical or same day surgery unit preferredOther Qualifications: Current BLS certificationResponsibilities:Has effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.Qualifications: Education:Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree). Experience:Certifications:Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
