Pay: $110,000 - $140,000 Per Year BOEResponsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site electrical field crews and other subcontractors
- Coordinate project schedules, manpower needs, and materials
- Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, safety regulations, and local codes
- Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines and resolve field issues
- Provide daily/weekly progress reports and input for look-ahead schedules
- Monitor quality control and perform regular site inspections
- 5+ years in the heavy commercial and/or industrial electrical industry managing electrical scopes of work in the $2MM-$40MM range
- Experience with ground-up new builds
- Projects will consist of:
- Manufacturing/warehouse/distribution centers
- Ability to manage/run multiple projects as required.
- Extensive material, lighting and power distribution knowledge.
- Deep understanding of NEC, construction sequencing, and field operations
- Proficiency in Procore, Accubid and Bluebeam is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel and remain on-site for extended durations as needed
- Must be aware of OSHA safety standards
- Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises
- May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending
- May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
- Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.Benefits Summary
