The Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.   • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project performance and implement solutions to address any challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any on-site issues.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication and project excellence.
