The Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met. This role requires expertise in construction management and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in the business services industry.
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
Monitor project performance and implement solutions to address any challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any on-site issues.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as needed.
Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication and project excellence.
