  • Select, implement, develop, maintain and support business systems and digital applications through understanding business processes and their implications and applying process improvement concepts for simplification and productivity to support business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into designs and specifications that consider business process, industry trends and SAP best practices.
  • Responsible for configuring system settings, options and writing/developing functional specifications for systems customization as required. Integration and acceptance testing; and creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
  • Design details of automated systems.
  • Support system application upgrades and new server migration includes testing and functional and technical problem resolutions.
  • Work with Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, and Project Management Groups to manage and document the digital technology portfolio.
  • Align digital services, service levels, technology, vendor/ supplier management, and initiatives with business strategies and needs.
  • Represent the business in enterprise/corporate initiatives. Act as a business contact and advocate for delivery of high-quality digital services.
  • Facilitate value discussion, providing consultation and perspective to users in the area of automated systems.
  • Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Serves as leader of small projects and acts as project manager, business analyst, and technical lead as required.
  • Develop training materials and leads training for business end users.
  • Responsible for alignment of business systems technology selection, programming, configuring and testing of both new applications and legacy systems, utilizing knowledge of systems architecture, development processes for improved design, as well as systems integration for applications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field of study or a related field and at least 8 years of progressive experience as an Administrator (or related role) working in Teamcenter Application Administration. In the alternative, at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field of study or a related field and at least 5 years of experience as an Administrator (or related role) working in Teamcenter Application Administration would be acceptable.
  • At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting and resolving Teamcenter and CAD System and Application issues in production and QA systems
  • At least 5 years of experience in performing Teamcenter upgrades and patch deployments
  • At least 5 years of experience in Teamcenter application performance tuning to improve the production environment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability
  • At least 5 years of experience with BMIDE Naming rules, Deep copy rules, GRM Rules, extensions
  • At least 5 years of experience with Workflow Designer, Structure Manager, Access Manager, Query builder and change management
  • At least 2 years of experience with multi-Site architecture and administration
The salary range for this position is $123,885.00 to $163,000.00 per year. This is the correct compensation range. Please disregard any additional verbiage noted below pertaining to the salary range.The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
