We are seeking an experienced Patient Financial Representative to support revenue cycle operations in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. This individual will manage account resolution and reconciliation for inpatient and outpatient billing, including collections, cash reconciliation, and insurance follow-up. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, multi-facility hospital setting and is eager to contribute to a team dedicated to excellence and integrity.RESPONSIBILITIES:Resolve outstanding balances and reconcile accounts within revenue cycle operationsManage inpatient and outpatient billing using UB-04 and HCFA 1500 formsPerform collections and cash reconciliation in a hospital business office settingSupport electronic claim submission, denial resolution, and insurance follow-upEnsure compliance with coding and billing procedures including CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10Meet department standards for productivity and qualityQUALIFICATIONS:3-5 years of experience in collections and cash reconciliationExperience in a multi-facility hospital business office environmentProficient in UB-04 and HCFA 1500 billing processesFamiliar with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding, and electronic claims workflowsStrong understanding of insurance denial management and claim editsCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Hourly pay at $18.2540 hours/week guaranteedOpportunity to work with a purpose-driven healthcare teamScion Nonprofit Staffing is an award-winning national nonprofit recruitment and staffing specialist for nonprofit organizations, foundations, associations, and educational institutions!
