Manage employee database, position control, and other HR systems.
Complete all position control transfers, new hires, and employee data sheets.
Calculate all compensations with transfers and new hires.
Administer compensation structure.
Serve as volunteer coordinator, facilitate annual adult volunteer orientation and coordinate junior volunteer program.
Assist with coordination of hospital wide events.
Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:2 years' HR experience preferred.Additional Skills/Abilities:Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
