Overview:UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, GlenOaks, Hinsdale and La Grange hospitals are affiliated with UChicago Medicine, one of the top academic medical centers in the country. We are also part of AdventHealth, a unified health system with over 50 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites in diverse markets throughout 9 states. Responsibilities:UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent Family Medicine opportunity in our multi-specialty clinic in Carol Stream.
  • Well established community practice
  • Inherit large patient panel; accepting new patients
  • Full-time clinic hours; 36 patient facing hours per week
  • 1:4 call
  • Patient friendly hours include: 1 evening per week and 1 Saturday morning per month
  • Other specialty practices on site
  • Lab and Xray on site
  • PTO and CME
  • Occurrence-based malpractice insurance
Annual Salary: $220K-280K Qualifications:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Training
  • Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
  • Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
  • Board Certified/Eligible, required
