LEMOINE is seeking a seasoned and highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure-focused program management efforts in the Baton Rouge / Gonzales region. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer with a desire to move into or expand their career in program management. This role offers an exciting opportunity for licensed professionals to lead utility line and wastewater treatment plant projects with a client-first approach, ensuring project success from inception through final delivery.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the lead project representative, overseeing project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and overall program successDevelop and manage project strategy, including scope definition, budgeting, risk mitigation, and schedulingCollaborate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment and progress toward project milestonesMonitor quality assurance, cost controls, and construction complianceLead project meetings and provide executive-level reporting and documentationMentor junior team members and promote best practices in project and program managementSupport preconstruction and procurement processes as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fieldRegistered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) license is required10+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally with utility infrastructure or sewage plant projectsStrong leadership experience and ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled in scheduling, cost estimation, and construction coordinationLouisiana-based or willing to relocate to Baton Rouge / Gonzales areaBenefits:Competitive executive compensation package with bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company contributionPaid holidays and generous PTOProfessional development and leadership training programsEqual Opportunity EmployerThe Lemoine Company, L.L.C. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
