- Experience in digital electronics or related industry
- Experience with project or program management on small programs
- Demonstrated experience in working with multiple functions and disciplines such as engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
- Demonstrated Control Account Manager (CAM) experience, including managing program budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Must have Active TOP SECRET Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI w/polyDesired skills- Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Master of Business Administration, or Master of Engineering Management
- Experience managing subcontracts
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with proposals and cost estimating process
- Proven ability to lead in a remote/hybrid environment, including experience managing virtual teams, facilitating remote meetings, and using remote collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing procurements, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods and services.
- Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and the ability to use EVM metrics to track program performance, identify trends, and make corrective actions when necessary.
- Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks, and capitalizing on program opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and budgets, and the ability to use IMS and budget data to track program performance, identify trends, and make corrective actions when necessary.VirtualnoZip80027, 80125, 80129EEOLockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
