Originate loans while leading and managing your own branch
Recruit, train, and mentor Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs)
Build long-lasting referral relationships with Realtors®, builders, and developers
Oversee application-to-closing pipeline and ensure loan quality standards
Stay ahead of local/state/national lending compliance requirements
What You Bring
Active Mortgage Loan Originator license
Proven experience in loan origination and branch-level leadership
Strong understanding of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, and investor guidelines
Familiarity with regulatory compliance (TILA, RESPA, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and financial analysis skills
A self-starter mindset with a passion for sales and growth
