  • AI Strategy & Implementation
  • Lead the development and execution of the organization's AI adoption roadmap.
  • Identify high-impact use cases for AI across multiple departments.
  • Architect AI solutions that align with business goals, technical feasibility, and compliance standards.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend integration strategies.
  • Define and implement AI governance, ethics, and best practices frameworks.
  • Business Analysis & Problem Solving
  • Conduct end-to-end business process analysis to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate business challenges into technical specifications and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses to evaluate the value of proposed AI initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to surface key insights.
  • Develop compelling business cases to gain executive sponsorship and funding for projects.
  • Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Manage full lifecycle of AI projects from ideation to post-implementation evaluation.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business SMEs.
  • Define project plans, success metrics, and delivery milestones.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure final solutions meet both technical standards and business expectations.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Change Management
  • Present project updates and complex AI concepts to executive leadership and board members.
  • Bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training materials to increase AI literacy across departments.
  • Drive user adoption through structured change management strategies.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with external vendors and technology providers.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key skills; AI, ML, Algorithms, Python, R, SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or related domains.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and implementation.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level technology projects.
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and solution frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) and native AI services.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture and systems integration.
  • Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Business & Communication Skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP).
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Azure AI).
  • Experience in digital transformation or enterprise automation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
  • Domain knowledge in regulated industries and industry-specific AI applications.
