- Support Sales Team with all administrative needs for Sales Managers.
- Develop and run sales reports as requested from account managers from current Seneca systems.
- Manager label development PA forms for all sales groups.
- Investigate Brokerage discrepancies.
- Maintain Sales & Accrual reports.
- Organize meetings, travel and trade shows.
- Maintain plant visitation reports for all sales groups.
- Maintain price lists.
- Process sales accruals.
- Liaison between Sales personnel and Customer Service.
- Must be a self-starter and team player.
- Must be analytical, detail oriented, accurate, organized, and have good communication skills.
- Office experience needed.
- Strong experience/skills with Excel, Word, Access, SAP, PowerPoint, Internet and Outlook.
