This role is made for someone who thrives on tackling complex equipment challenges head-on-from electrical wiring and motor controls to punch presses and conveyors. If you're ready to get hands-on with advanced systems and take pride in being the reason production keeps flowing, this job is for you.What You'll Do:Electrical SystemsTroubleshoot motor controls, sensors, actuators, and VFDsInterpret and modify PLC logic to improve machine performancePull wire, install conduit, and follow detailed electrical schematicsMechanical RepairsRebuild gearboxes, conveyors, brake/clutch systems, and drive componentsRepair punch presses and perform detailed mechanical maintenanceRead and interpret complex mechanical drawingsHydraulics & PneumaticsDiagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic circuitsRead system schematics and identify faulty components fastGeneral MaintenanceExecute preventive maintenance with precision-inspect, clean, lubricate, adjustHandle welding, light fabrication, and basic facility upkeepMaintain accurate logs and reports of maintenance activitiesWhat You Bring:At least 8 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenanceStrong background in electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and mechanical systemsAbility to read schematics, blueprints, and operate diagnostic toolsSkilled in welding and operating power tools, hoists, lifts, and maintenance equipmentComputer-literate with solid communication skillsHigh school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical coursework a plusPhysical Demands & Work Environment:Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, working in confined spaces, and around heat, cold, noise, and lubricantsAble to grip, push, pull, bend, climb, and stand for extended periodsMust be able to work overtime-including weekends and short-notice shiftsReady to roll up your sleeves and keep an entire facility running?
