Assist Director with the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorilyLeads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.Regular and reliable attendance.Monitor building activities over ComputerKnowledge of VAV and BAS a plusHighly skilled in electrical 120v and 480vExperienced in low voltage DCAccomplish Monthly PM's over facilitiesHandle and direct various vendorComply every day job by Joint Commission standardsAbility to assist co-workers in larger scale jobsIn charge of ordering gasses for entire facilitiesMonitor OR temps and humiditiesKnowledge with heat pumps/jockey pumpsDaily checks to ensure boilers, air compressors , chillers are functioning correctly..Use of power hand tools/ Also basic knowledge of regular hand toolsDaily checks water temperaturesAssist in fire drillsAbility to troubleshoot HVAC systems (RTU) (AHU)Run conduit and or MC to wire up mew machinesRun new circuits.Troubleshot electrical circuits 120v 480vElectrical and building and plumbing schematicsMechanical knowledgeFlexibility in job dutiesCommunicate and co-operate with patient and co workersEnsure every job is done with patient safety in mind every timeAble to multitaskAble to work in a group as well as aloneSome knowledge of plumbing helpfulOn call rotation including weekendsAid/guide in projects with infection control and patient safety maintenanceSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
