- Assist team with welding and fabrication of raw materials
- Unload material and verify shipment is complete
- Operate several types of machinery and hand tools - welders, oxy/acet torch, pipebenders, forklift, band saw, etc.
- Assist with parts inventory management and organization
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Enrolled in a high school youth apprenticeship program in the welding or construction field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
