Nesco Resource is seeking Quality Control Technicians in Upper Sandusky OH.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement while making a real impact on products and customers. In this role, you'll help ensure production processes meet the highest standards.Shift/Pay:
  • 1 st shift: 6:45-3pm - $19/hr.
  • 2 nd shift: 2:45pm- 11:00pm - $20/hr.
  • 3rd shift: 10:45pm-7am - $21/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure overall quality and conformance of parts from presses and assembly areas during your shift.
  • Perform required testing, including tensile testing, leak testing, and auditing at assigned workstations.
  • Document test results, daily issues, and shift observations accurately for incoming shifts.
  • Communicate quality concerns with QC team members, supervisors, operators, and technicians.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and machines.
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and FDA requirements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in QC, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
