- Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 Salary
- Commission: You’ll earn $6 for every net new care hour you generate after your first 300 hours.
- Paid in 2 parts
- 40% paid after 30 days
- 60% paid after 150 days

- Identify and build relationships with referral partners (like hospitals, rehab centers, and community organizations) to generate leads and grow the business
- Promote our services through regular outreach using in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and social media
- Serve as the main point of contact for new clients, helping guide them through the onboarding process
- Represent the company at community events, schools, senior centers, and local gatherings to raise awareness
- Work closely with case managers, social workers, elder care advisors, and local leaders to connect clients to our services
- Organize and participate in events and activities to engage potential clients, partners, and job seekers
- Maintain strong, consistent relationships in the community to support outreach and partnership goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of services and follow-ups
- Track and report outreach activity, contacts, and referral outcomes accurately
- Research new business opportunities and share insights on industry trends and competitors
- Mentor and support other team members as needed
- Meet performance goals and help drive growth in your assigned territory
- Travel regularly throughout the community as part of your day-to-day work
- Successful candidates must be energetic, organized and able to work independently, have strong interpersonal skills, be self motivated and results driven.
- Proven experience in marketing/community outreach, ideally in healthcare, home care, or senior services
- Must have a strong understanding of the home care industry, including care delivery processes and payment sources like Medicaid, private insurance, and other funding programs.
- Must have existing or prior relationships with key partners such as health plans, hospitals, rehab centers, disability organizations, and community groups that support individuals eligible for home care services.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
