
Project Manager – Manufacturing

- Manage multiple manufacturing projects from planning through execution and close-out.
- Oversee and coordinate work order management to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Analyze variances and conduct root-cause analysis on inventory and production discrepancies.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate BOM, PO, and work order data.
- Maintain inventory control processes while coordinating with procurement and production to ensure material availability.
- Interpret and apply blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications for project planning and execution.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Lead project teams with clear direction, problem-solving, and communication.
- Prepare progress reports and project updates for leadership and stakeholders.
- 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of work order systems and ERP tools.
- Experience in inventory management and control processes.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrated success in budgeting and cost control on multi-phase projects.
