- Oversees project activities related Procure to Pay functions ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Performs MM configuration checks and recommends changes.
- Proactively anticipates project deviations and escalates the need for immediate corrective action.
- Assists in the validation of as-is and to-be procure to pay processes and identifies improvement opportunities
- Facilitates requirement workshops with Procurement teams
- Maintains documentation library for design, configuration and training material related to MM module.
- Supports integrations with Open text (OCR) tool and POS systems
- Assists with performing integration, unit and user acceptance testing, including preparation of test cases and writing test scripts for procurement processes.
- Supports security design and maintenance as required, including oversight of approvals for MM changes, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
- Investigates, analyzes, and resolves support calls from procurement, manufacturing, and maintenance teams in a timely manner.
- Supports cross functional priorities.
- Work Experience: 7+ working experience as SAP MM functional consultant.
- Education: Bachelor's/University Degree or equivalent experience
- Additional Education Preferred: SAP MM/PM/PP Training
- Other Training/Certifications: SAP MM/PM/PP Certification
- 7+ years of SAP ECC/S4 experience including material management, warehouse management and production planning.
- Strong hands-on experience on configuring and supporting MM/PP/SD modules
- Participated in at least 3 SAP full-cycle implementations or functional upgrade projects
- Experience in managing customer expectations and building relationships.
- Experience with Open Text or other OCR applications
- Knowledge and experience with Coupa will be an asset.
