- Lead the Corporate Sales & Marketing Department — overseeing strategy, execution, performance management, and innovation across teams and channels.
- Inherit and elevate an internal team and train franchisee sales teams to succeed under our leadership framework.
- Drive B2C membership sales (core) while growing B2B partnerships, referral pipelines, and strategic alliances.
- Oversee and evolve marketing strategy across digital, local, influencer, referral, community-based, and experiential channels.
- Refine and optimize sales playbooks, lead follow-up workflows, scripting, upsell/cross-sell strategies, and customer experience funnels.
- Build systems to maximize retention, referrals, gamification, community building, and member engagement.
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with operations, tech, and franchising teams to scale performance.
- A visionary sales & marketing leader with 10+ years of experience leading high-performing teams/ marketing campaigns and building systems that scale.
- Have deep experience in membership-based businesses — ideally across multi-site membership models that are higher ticket models.
- Understand lead generation, digital marketing, and local-level growth strategies inside and out.
- Proven ability to build playbooks, train teams, coach leaders, franchise teams and drive accountability across locations.
- Passion for peak performance, self-defense and/ or tactical training, and empowering others through physical, mental, and community development.
- Familiar with CRM platforms (High Ready or similar), sales tracking, retention KPIs, and modern tech tools to run marketing and sales ops.
- Franchise experience or familiarity is a plus.
- Experience in firearms, martial arts, fitness, or self-defense industries.
- Built member-based referral programs, member events or loyalty systems.
- Scaled multiple locations under a single brand and managed brand consistency with performance autonomy.
