- Shift: 8-hour day shifts (06:00 AM 2:00 PM)
- Weekly Hours: 40 (Guaranteed 37 hours)
- Weekend Shifts: Required
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $900-$970
- Active Vermont CNA or LNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in a hospital or clinical healthcare setting
- Ability to work both weekend shifts
- Reliable transportation and own housing (local taxis not permitted)
- Strong communication, clinical support, and teamwork skills
- Deliver compassionate, attentive patient care in a hospital environment
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Support the healthcare team in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient clinical setting
- Uphold patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
