- Resolve complex questions or problems of an escalated nature that the support staff cannot/should not resolve.
- Plan and organize the activities of staff including periodically reviewing work allocation for balance and efficient utilization of personnel.
- Develop employees' goals and performance objectives and work to help the employees achieve them.
- Assist with the departmental budget, including controlling expenses.
- Adhere to the established policies and practices of the Firm and various regulatory agencies.
- Expert knowledge in interpreting and applying financial industry rules and regulations.
- Knowledge in leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to lead projects through to completion.
- Minimum Required: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum Required: 5+ years' experience within the financial services industry.
- Minimum Required: Series 99, or ability to obtain within 12 months upon hire.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. #LI-AS1
