- Responsible for covering the pipeline of teammates who are out of the office due to approved vacation, leave of absence, sick leave, etc.
- Communicate with the Mortgage Loan Originator, borrower, etc. on any items needed for the loan
- Submit loan files and/or conditions to Underwriting
- Complete pre-draws for Closing
- Submit loan files to Closing after final approval
- Read updates and comply with all quality control policies
- Review Loan Processor reports/dashboards daily
- Maintain an accurate communication log
- Update comments and communication on all relevant reports
- Review all files for company required checklists
- Attend QC meetings as scheduled
- Attend weekly processor meetings as directed by the Branch Operations Manager
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Able to work overtime
- Able to travel overnight
- One-year certificate from college or technical school
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training
- Must have a valid and current Mortgage Loan Originator License as required per state regulations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
