If Sr. Program Manager - Responsible AI Governance sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!Responsibilities for a Sr. Program Manager - Responsible AI Governance include but are not limited to:Lead and improve governance processes including AI inventory management, risk assessments, and review board operationsManage the intake and tracking of AI use cases across the enterprise, ensuring timely, risk-aligned reviewsDraft and maintain governance documentation (process maps, SOPs, audit artifacts)Support automation efforts to streamline workflows and tool implementationCollaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure regulatory and policy alignment (e.g., EU AI Act)Coordinate communications and training for stakeholders across the organizationDevelop dashboards and metrics to monitor governance effectivenessRepresent the Responsible AI (RAI) program in internal risk and compliance forumsCandidates for Sr. Program Manager - Responsible AI Governance must meet the following requirements to be considered:Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Business, Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in program/project management (compliance, risk, or governance preferred)Strong communication and writing skills, with ability to simplify complex conceptsFamiliarity with AI/ML technologies, data governance, or digital health innovationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management toolsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industriesFamiliarity with AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)Experience supporting audits or regulatory compliancePMP or equivalent project management certificationExperience managing cross-functional or global teamsWhat's in this Sr. Program Manager position for you?Pay: $52.17-$70.90/hour (commensurate with experience)Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMWeekly PaycheckTemp-to-hire opportunity100% Remote positionAccess to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling coursesWork with a global leader in ethical AI and healthcare innovationPay Details: $52.17 to $70.90 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
