- Lead and oversee high-impact airport infrastructure and facilities programs and projects, ensuring alignment with Frontier’s goals and operational priorities.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline decision-making and execution.
- Establish and maintain program frameworks and tools, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met through data-driven decision-making.
- Develop program budgets, conduct financial analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
- Lead executive-level presentations, providing updates on program status, risks, and ROI to senior leadership.
- Identify inefficiencies in airport-related programs and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Analysts and Sr. Analysts, fostering professional growth and program execution excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Finance, or related area of study. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, airport or facilities planning, or managing aviation-related infrastructure projects.
- Experience in airline operations preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of strong decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and fostering internal and external relationships.
- Strong leadership presence with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with focus on results.
- Experience in creating and delivering effective presentations.
- Solid understanding and performance of financial analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools is preferred.
- Ability to travel on company-supported initiatives up to 40% of the time.
