The Senior Marketing Manager will lead and drive the downstream marketing strategy for the fixation business unit, with a strong focus on customer engagement, global product launches, sales enablement, and cross-functional initiatives. This high-impact role owns the development and execution of key marketing initiatives from launch through commercialization and manages products across all stages of development. The Senior Marketing Manager plays a critical leadership role in shaping strategy, guiding teams, and ensuring alignment with revenue and growth objectives.Essential Functions:Maintains a deep understanding of market dynamics by attending trade shows, VIP surgeon events, spine surgeries, and cadaver labsLeads the development and execution of launch strategies in collaboration with upstream marketing, including customer segmentation, positioning, and value propositionsServes as subject matter expert for assigned products, driving customer training, clinical support, and sales team engagementOwns creation of core marketing assets—value messaging, product claims, sales tools—anchored in clinical evidence and market insightsLeads key customer engagements and provides strategic guidance in critical sales situationsDevelops and executes integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support procedural portfolios, ensuring alignment across global regionsOversees and aligns regional marketing efforts with global strategy, ensuring consistency and adaptation as neededManages and strengthens KOL relationships to support promotional plans and clinical evidence developmentMentors and coaches junior marketing team members to enhance performance and support career developmentPerforms other duties as assignedReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Qualifications:Strong comfort working in cadaver labs across the product lifecycle; collaborates with internal/external teams on product development and feedbackSkilled in Microsoft Office; ability to write effective business reports and communicate confidently with customers and leadershipExcellent presentation and communication skills; able to lead customer meetings and internal team discussionsProven leadership managing cross-functional project teams and marketing initiativesDeep clinical knowledge of procedures, applications, and product portfolio; confident engaging with surgeons and field teams on technical topicsTypically requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years with a Master’s; or 3 years with a PhD; or equivalent experienceExperience in medical device product marketing/management, preferably in orthopedics or spineWillingness to travel up to 15%Physical Demands:The physical demands listed here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlRequired to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsRequired to possess specific visons abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focusOur Values:Our Life Moves Us philosophy is built on four values: Passionate About Innovation, Customer Focused, Teamwork, and Driven.Passionate about Innovation: Improving patient care by delivering advanced technology to our customers is at the core of what we do.
