Schedule:Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Fabricator to produce high-quality parts according to blueprints and drawings. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain HMC machines, ensuring all parts meet exact specifications and quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, solid machining knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPrioritize workload based on production due datesRetrieve and review documentation, prints, and program revisionsPerform gauge stability studies and select tools for each jobBuild, measure, and load tools; set up pallet jaws; load and unload partsOperate HMC machines, run first pieces, and verify accuracyTroubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustmentsMeasure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision toolsPack finished products and move them to secondary operationsMaintain a clean and safe work environment, using PPE as requiredQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret blueprintsProficient with basic measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)Basic computer and math skillsStrong mechanical aptitude and tool knowledgeAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periodsReliable attendance and strong attention to detailMalone Workforce Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
