The FSM is responsible for the financial performance of your assigned approx. $20M – $25M geographic area as well as the hiring, management, and development of direct reporting FARs. This role could lead a sales team that could be remotely located.You Will
  • Coach, counsel, and develop the sales team.
  • Plan, solve problems, perform analysis
  • Develop effective internal partner relationships and relationships with customers so that goals can be achieved.
  • Review financial reporting to analyze needs, costs/budgets, and economic earnings.
You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of outside sales experience
  • 2+ years of prior managerial experience or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate competence in the application of computer software and technology that supports sales goals
  • Must have presentation skills, be customer focus, and be able to manage change.
  • Must be able to motivate, inspire, and achieve results through others.
  • A valid driver's license
