- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering.
- Proficient verbal and written communication in the English language.
- Strong knowledge of structural building codes: IBC, AISC 360, AISC 341, AISC 358, ASCE7, AISI, etc.
- Professional Engineer registration in the United States or 3-5 years of structural design experience.
- A strong background in Engineering in the Pre-Engineered Metal Building Industry.
- Structural Engineer registration in the United States.
- Proficiency with some type of metal building design software package.
- Leadership experience.
