Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Benefit Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering employee benefits programs and providing guidance on benefit options.Responsibilities:
- Respond to HR inquiries regarding benefits enrollment, company policies, and HRIS assistance.
- Manage employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and conduct benefit program audits.
- Analyze eligibility and handle leave tracking for FMLA and other leave programs.
- Liaise with external vendors and insurance carriers to manage benefit programs effectively.
- Ensure accurate payroll deductions for benefits and compile data for compliance audits.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum of three years of recent benefits administration experience.
- Must have strong experience in 401K audit
- Proficiency with ADP WorkforceNow and other HRIS systems.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
- Experience in budget management and remote work solutions.
