- Designs and creates internal marketing material for Ivinson Memorial Hospital and Foundation.
- Prepares written materials including advertising copy, business communications, reports, presentations, articles, commercial brochures, newsletters, event announcements, press releases, web-based promotions, and direct mail campaigns.
- Assist in developing social media strategy, content, marketing insights, messaging platforms, and all other marketing-related solutions.
- Coordinates photo and video-based marketing that promotes Ivinson services.
- Assists with outreach events including but not limited to: Freedom Has a Birthday, Laramie Jubilee Days, Back to School Bash, Farmer’s Markets, Cowboy Pancake Breakfast, WWAMI and Rotary events.
- Works closely with the Human Resources/Education Department to plan, schedule and support area events.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related field preferred.
- Two (2) years’ experience, preferred, of a combination of:
- Journalism;
- Media relations;
- Adobe Creative Suite;
- Event Planning;
- Photography and/or;
- Graphic Design.

- Strong knowledge of Albany County and Laramie Community preferred.
- Basic Website Content Management System Knowledge (Craft CMS a plus).
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat).
- Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to: a friendly personality, tact, patience, empathy and a helpful, professional attitude both in person and on the telephone.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, managers and the general public verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate effective listening skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to establish priorities effectively.
